The player you have shown us in the screenshot is definitely behaving inappropriately and we will not tolerate someone offending another player. We may assure you that player will be taken care of. The best thing you can do in these situations is to hit the /ignore function, so the player would not be able to contact you again. Also, do not reply to any toxic comments in your whispers to prevent the situation from escalating and you possibly being reported by other players with only selected chat messages. How did you do the Trucebreakers quest at Ohn'ahran its bugged how did you complete it? it dosent show enemies to slain 

is it possible that my rating is taken away like this, and the new ones are given no less than 170 + for two wins out of 6, and when I lose like that from 2k + my rating is taken away, not only that, but as a healer in the concvest arena, which should be awarded, it disappears which otherwise should have been in the bags, now we have it at all .... I will ask you to make a balance in the solo souffle and to fix the problem regarding the quest, it is not fair for me to win 4 arenas and have my -10 rating taken away points, it's not the first time, so 170 is added to that for the loser + terribly, he doesn't have any balance in terms of rating and cr

Greetings @Theisemma1234 thank you for taking the time to direct our attention to the behavior of these players in the arena. Unfortunately, the match history alone does not provide conclusive evidence for the violation of wintrading.
Even though teams can be matched against each other a lot, we can't take this as sole evidence for wintrading and act upon it.
For one, some information is not (and can not) be displayed in the match info/history on our homepage. For example, short matches with low damage/healing numbers can still be legit if the team managed to win quickly, this might be an indication for something inappropriate happening but is only a hint and would need to be verified. Also, some information displayed in the match history might not represent the situation in game. For example, in the wake of the investigation of your match history in connection with this case, we can see that a lot of lost matches end with at least one of the loosing players rating not decreasing - which also is not enough evidence to convict them of any wrongdoing but might be an indication.
For verification we usually would check through the recorded matches of players to see their behavior during the match.
But sadly, because of technical difficulties that have already been reported, we have lost access to the replays of arena matches this season and are currently unable to review individual matches. Due to the corrupted match data we have no way of obtaining conclusive evidence that can substitute an action in this case.
We are putting all our efforts into requesting this tool to be available again for the upcoming season and to get the attention to the PvP section of our server. So we hope that in the next season, additionally to the ranking decay fix, we will also obtain a fix that will repair the arena replay NPC and properly record match data for individual arena games.
This way we would be able to verify all claims of any unfair or inappropriate actions in arena matches. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this and i can assure you that we have tried our best to review the current season with the limited tools we posses right now and we will be able to provide a better degree of supervision again in the next season with the repaired tool for deeper investigations.
